PSEO Tuition Rates

Post-Secondary enrollment option (PSEO) tuition and fee rates for on campus, hybrid, online, distance, package, ITV and off campus programs, courses and classes tuition rate and student fees at MSUM.

Your tuition, fees, and books are paid for by the state of Minnesota. Books remain the property of MSUM and must be returned to the MSUM Bookstore by the last day of final exams or you will be billed for them.

You are responsible for paying additional fees in courses such as music lessons, and for any consumable supplies and applicable course fees.

Transportation, housing and meal fees are your responsibility. Residence hall housing is available to PSEO students enrolled at MSUM and M State.
