Naomi subscribes to a holistic and multicultural approach in working with clients to address internal, familial, as well as environmental stressors. Minnkota Health Project (MHP) provides a coordinated set of services to people living with HIV/AIDS, their partners, and families in western Minnesota and east-central North Dakota. Services include a monthly food distribution, individual counseling, and support groups. Counseling and support groups are available to those living with HIV/AIDS, their partners, and families. Services also include the Transportation Assistance Fund, Emergency Assistance Fund, and the Quality of Life Fund.
